Itinerary

Day 1: Shimla- the hill queen-

The best possible way to reach Shimla is via Delhi. Once you reach Shimla, check into the hotel and have some rest. You can use the evening to your heart’s content. The famous Mall Road is the first place to get the Shimla vibe. The shopping plaza will welcome you with an open heart. The colonial architecture of the area will give you an instance of the British period. The Mall Road area has some small but beautiful cafes too. Having a hot cup of coffee while looking towards the gigantic mountains, you cannot spend an evening better than this.

Day 2: Delve deeper into the valleys of Shimla-

Start the day early. The daytime is for the mesmerizing Kufri. In the local language, the name Kufri means “lake.” Besides the vast valleys, the shopping area is a must-visit if you want souvenirs. The Kufri Zoo is also a mandatory visit, as it hosts some rare Himalayan animals. Later in the afternoon, you can visit the Jakhu temple, Sankat Mochan Temple, etc.

Day 3: Welcome to Manali-

After breakfast, take a ride to Manali. It’s a 7 hours journey. Sure, you have some snacks a water bottle. A book might be a good idea too. You can spend the rest of the day unhurriedly. Day 4: Sightseeing in Manali-

The fourth day of the tour is for exploring Manali. Finish your breakfast early and hit the road. The first place to visit is Hadimba Temple. According to Mahabharata, Hadimba was the wife of Bhima. Maharaja Bahadur Singh constructed the temple in honor of Hadimba. The wooden architecture of the temple surrounded by the coniferous forest is a major attraction for adventure lovers. Later you can visit the Manu Temple, Buddhist Monastery, Van Vihar, and Vashishtha bath, a 300-year-old temple named sage Vashishtha that has a hot spring.

Day 5: In the land of snow-

Ready for the most awaited day of the trip? Today you are going to visit Rohtang Pass. On the way to Rohtang Pass, you can visit the Solang Valley. Day 6: Last but not least- Dharamshala-

You will be driving to Dharamshala from Manali today. On your way, you can visit Manikaran and the Palampur Tea Estate. After reaching Dharamshala, eat, take a rest and get going. Do not spend the last day in the mountains idly. There is a good deal of places to visit. Dalai Lama Temple, Mcleodganj, Naddi lake are some of them.

Day 7: Time to say goodbye-

After the morning breakfast, you will transfer back to Delhi from Dharamshala on this day. The trip ends here; now it’s time to get back to your regular responsibilities.
